My favorite Natural Products for Sleep

Let's chat about some of the best sleep support products we have. - especially for the ladies. Did you know women are 40% more likely to have insomnia than men are?

One of the easiest ways to use your oils for sleep is by diffusing them. I am a big believer that everyone needs a diffuser in their bedroom. With diffusers being so reasonably priced - this is doable for most families.  Okay, let's chat about Cedarwood - this is a powerhouse sleep oil. There are so many combos with Cedarwood - I love Orange, Lavender and Cedarwood together, but you could mix it with many other oils or diffuse on its own .

The compounds in Cedarwood stimulate the limbic system of the brain, help lower brain waves from overly active to focused or from focused to meditative, help elevate the mood and calm the body.

Fave Sleep Supplement

One of my favorite sleep supplements that I feel no one talks enough about is Sleepessence.  It is super gentle and you do not wake up feeling like you are groggy when you take it. It is definitely a supplement that you can take daily as it support's the body's natural production of melatonin.

Emotional and Sleep Roller (NEW!)

The original formula of Valor is back and now in a roll on! I am thrilled about this oil. Not only is it amazing for emotional balance but it is a HUGE sleep oil. And works wonder for people who snore. I have countless testimonials of oilers who have reduced or eliminated snoring by applying Valor to the bottoms of their feet before bed. I also love how accessible the roll ons are. The rollers make it easy to apply topically especially for kids.

Now why the original formula? Ahhhh… the key ingredient here is Rosewood and the story behind how we were able to get Rosewood (which previously couldn't be used because it was endangered). So Young Living went on a mission and a hunt to figure out how to sustainably source it.
